PB15 Portable Plate Beveling Machine
Lightweight Cold Cutting Tool for Efficient Weld Preparation
The PB15 Portable Plate Beveling Machine is engineered for efficient and precise weld preparation on flat, curved, or rolled plates. It can also bevel both OD and ID pipe edges, perform deburring, and chamfer or countersink holes with a minimum diameter of 1.57″ (40 mm).
Equipped with interchangeable bevel milling heads and indexable carbide inserts, the PB15 supports bevel angles of 20°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, and 60°, as well as a radius milling head for creating smooth 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm edge radii.
Built with a lightweight ergonomic design and powered by a Metabo W24-230MVT electric motor, the PB15 delivers high cutting performance—up to 10 times faster than grinding—while minimizing operator fatigue. This makes it an ideal tool for weld prep, edge rounding, and surface preparation before painting or coating.
