FI80 Portable Flange Facer – Internally Mounted Solution for 26" to 80" Flanges
The FI80 Flange Facer is a heavy-duty, internally mounted flange facing machine developed for accurate on-site restoration of extra-large flange sealing surfaces. Covering a machining range from 26.34" to 80" (670-2032 mm), it is specifically designed for applications where portability, precision, and reliability are critical.
Built with NSK high-precision bearings, a rigid "V" linear guide system, and a reinforced structural frame, the FI80 delivers stable cutting performance and uniform surface finishes that comply with ASME B16.5 requirements. It supports flat face (FF), raised face (RF), RTJ, V-groove, and other custom flange profiles, making it suitable for complex industrial maintenance tasks.
Available in pneumatic (FI80P) and electric servo (FI80E) configurations, the FI80 adapts easily to different site power conditions. Its modular construction and rugged steel transport case ensure dependable operation in remote locations, offshore platforms, and harsh working environments.
