FI40 Flange Facer – Internally Mounted Portable Flange Facing Machine (6–40")
The FI40 Flange Facer is a heavy-duty, internally mounted flange facing machine developed for accurate on-site resurfacing of medium to large-diameter flanges from 6 to 40 inches (153-1000 mm). Designed for demanding field conditions, it restores damaged, worn, or corroded sealing faces to ASME B16.5 specifications with high repeatability.
Capable of machining flat face (FF), raised face (RF), RTJ grooves, and customized sealing profiles, the FI40 is widely applied in oil and gas facilities, power plants, chemical processing units, and offshore platforms.
