The FI26 Internally Mounted Flange Facer is a robust, high-accuracy portable flange facing machine designed for on-site flange resurfacing, sealing face correction, and groove restoration. Engineered to mount securely inside the flange bore, the FI26 covers a wide machining range from 120 to 700 mm (4.72"-27.56"), making it ideal for both medium and large-diameter flanges.
This ID-mounted flange facing machine restores flat face (FF), raised face (RF), ring type joint (RTJ), tongue and groove (T&G), lens ring, and special sealing profiles, ensuring surface finishes compliant with ASME B16.5 requirements. Its rigid construction, precision bearing system, and flexible drive configurations make the FI26 a reliable solution for demanding field maintenance in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, marine, and offshore industries.
