The FI26 Flange Facer is a high-precision, internally mounted portable flange facing machine engineered for on-site flange resurfacing and sealing face restoration. With a machining capacity range of 120-700 mm (4.72"-27.56"), the FI26 delivers exceptional accuracy for repairing damaged, worn, or corroded flanges across multiple industries.
Designed for flat face (FF), raised face (RF), ring-type joint (RTJ), tongue & groove (T&G) and other special sealing profiles, this machine ensures all finishes comply with ASME B16.5 standards. Thanks to its rugged structure, 360° adjustable tool post, and multi-motor drive options, the FI26 is ideal for heavy field applications in power plants, refineries, offshore platforms, and process industries.
