Portable Pipe Beveler ID90 Precision ID-Mounted Beveling Machine
The ID-90 Pipe Beveler Machine is a heavy-duty, portable ID-mounted tool engineered for precision weld end preparation on pipes ranging from 0.98" to 3.50" (Φ25 mm-89 mm). Widely used in power plants, process facilities, and pipeline construction, the ID90 excels in cold cutting, beveling, facing, and counterboring without thermal deformation.
Designed for carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-alloy materials, this machine ensures high-efficiency pipe edge machining, especially in tight spaces or elevated installations. The ID90 supports multiple motor types (electric and pneumatic) and offers modular jaws and ramps to accommodate pipe IDs from Φ25mm-79 mm (0.98"-3.11").

IDE90 - MT Electric Motor Drive
Equipped with a 0.9 kW (1.21 Hp) MT electric motor, operating on 220-240 V at 50/60 Hz. Electric drives provide consistent torque and are ideal for environments where stable electrical power is available.
IDB90 - Bosh Electric Motor Drive
Powered by a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) Bosh electric motor, 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz. Known for durability and reliability, this configuration provides slightly more power and is widely preferred in controlled workshop environments.
IDP90 - Pneumatic Motor Drive
Fitted with a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) air motor requiring 1.3 m³/min @ 0.6 MPa compressed air. Pneumatic drives are suitable for explosive environments or where compressed air is more readily available than electricity.
