PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ID252 Pipe Beveler is a high-performance, portable weld end preparation machine designed for internal mounting on tubes and pipes with diameters ranging from 3.15" to 10.75" (Φ80 mm to 273 mm). Built for demanding industrial applications, it is widely used in power plants, chemical facilities, and pipeline maintenance.
The ID252 is capable of cold cutting a wide range of materials, including stainless steel and high-chromium alloys, ensuring safe and precise beveling without thermal distortion. It supports multiple machining operations such as beveling, counterboring, facing, and J-prep. With options for electric and pneumatic motors, the machine offers excellent adaptability for both workshop and field environments.

IDP252 – Pneumatic Motor Drive
Fitted with a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) pneumatic motor, this model operates using 1.3 m³/min @ 0.6 MPa of compressed air.The air-powered drive is explosion-proof and maintenance-friendly, offering safe and efficient operation in flammable or hazardous environments. Its lightweight design and high-speed output make it well-suited for on-site pipe beveling, especially in oil and gas, chemical, or offshore industries where electrical power may be restricted.
