PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ID630 Pipe Beveler is a heavy-duty, internally mounted weld prep lathe designed for large-diameter pipe processing. With a cutting capacity of 11.81" to 24.80" (Φ300mm–630 mm), this powerful machine is ideal for pipe fabrication, maintenance, and on-site machining in power plants, petrochemical facilities, and pipeline projects.
Utilizing a 100% cold cutting process, the ID630 ensures high-quality, heat-free weld end preparation. It performs a variety of operations including V and U beveling, facing, counterboring, and chamfering. The machine features a self-centering three-jaw expanding mandrel for fast, stable internal clamping and is compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials. Electric and pneumatic motor options are available to meet different working conditions.

IDE630 – MT Electric Motor Drive
The IDE630 is powered by a robust 2.2 kW (2.95 Hp) MT electric motor operating at 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz. It offers consistent torque output and excellent speed control, making it ideal for indoor use in workshops, manufacturing plants, and fabrication facilities with stable electrical supply. This configuration is well-suited for continuous operations requiring precision, repeatability, and minimal operator fatigue.
IDP630 – Pneumatic Motor Drive
The IDP630 features a powerful 2.76 kW (3.75 Hp) pneumatic motor, running at 2.8 m³/min @ 0.6 MPa. Designed for hazardous or remote environments, this air-powered drive is explosion-proof and requires minimal maintenance. Its lightweight design and high-speed performance make it perfect for on-site applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, and offshore industries where electrical sources may be unavailable or restricted.
