Pipe Beveler ID252 - Portable ID Mounted Cold Cutting Weld Preparation Tool
The ID252 Pipe Beveler is a compact and high-efficiency internal diameter mounted pipe beveling machine, engineered for precise weld end preparation on pipes and tubes ranging from 3.15" to 10.75" (Ø80-273 mm). Designed for both workshop fabrication and on-site operations, it is widely applied in power generation, petrochemical plants, refinery maintenance, and pipeline construction.
Utilizing a true cold cutting process, the ID252 delivers clean and accurate bevels without generating heat, eliminating the risk of metallurgical changes or deformation. The machine is capable of processing carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-alloy materials, ensuring consistent results even in demanding applications.
With interchangeable tooling, the ID252 supports beveling, facing, counterboring, and J-prep operations. Available with electric or pneumatic drive options, it offers excellent flexibility for different working conditions, including hazardous or explosion-sensitive environments.

IDP252 - Pneumatic Drive Version

The air-driven system is inherently explosion-proof, making it a safe choice for oil & gas, chemical, and offshore environments. Its lightweight structure and high rotational speed ensure efficient on-site pipe beveling where electrical power is limited or prohibited.
