Unlike thermal cutting, the OD325 performs mechanical shearing that prevents thermal distortion. This results in a clean, oxidation-free surface perfectly prepped for high-pressure welding.
The frame halves lock securely around the pipe. This allows for rapid setup on active or "in-service" lines where end-access is impossible, significantly reducing project downtime.
