PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ID352 Pipe Beveler is a heavy-duty, internally mounted pipe beveling machine developed for high-precision weld end preparation on pipes and tubes with diameters from 5.71" to 14.02" (Ø145–356 mm). Engineered for demanding industrial environments, it is commonly applied in power plants, petrochemical facilities, refinery maintenance, and pipeline construction projects.
Featuring a true cold cutting machining process, the ID352 ensures clean, accurate bevels without generating heat, effectively preventing heat-affected zones and material distortion. The machine is capable of machining carbon steel, stainless steel, and a wide range of alloy steels, delivering consistent performance even on thick-wall pipes.
Equipped with a variety of interchangeable cutting tools, the ID352 supports V-bevels, U-bevels, facing, counterboring, and chamfering operations. Available with electric or pneumatic drive systems, it provides excellent adaptability for both workshop-based fabrication and on-site field applications.

IDE352 – MT Electric Motor Drive
The IDE352 is driven by a reliable 1.6 kW (2.15 Hp) MT electric motor, operating on 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz. This electric version provides smooth and stable torque output, ensuring precise control during pipe beveling and weld end preparation.
It is especially well-suited for fabrication workshops, industrial production lines, and plant maintenance environments where a consistent power supply is available. The electric drive supports continuous operation with high accuracy, helping reduce operator fatigue and improve overall machining efficiency.
IDP352 – Pneumatic Motor Drive
The IDP352 is equipped with a high-performance 2.76 kW (3.75 Hp) pneumatic motor, requiring 2.8 m³/min of compressed air at 0.6 MPa. Designed with an inherently explosion-proof air drive system, it delivers safe and dependable operation in hazardous or flammable work areas.
Thanks to its compact structure and low maintenance requirements, the pneumatic version is ideal for on-site pipe beveling tasks in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical processing, and offshore construction, where the use of electric power may be restricted or prohibited.
