The FI60 is a robust, bore-mounted flange facing machine engineered to deliver workshop-grade accuracy for on-site large-diameter machining. Specially designed for heavy industry turnarounds, it covers an extensive machining envelope from 12.6 to 59 inches (320-1500 mm), backed by a versatile internal gripping diameter of 11.4 to 57 inches (290-1450 mm).
This high-performance field tool is built to re-machine warped, eroded, or leaking sealing faces back to stringent ASME B16.5 standards. Whether dealing with standard pipeline joints or complex pressure vessel surfaces, the FI60 provides a rigid, high-torque cutting platform that eliminates the need for costly asset dismantling.
