Project Background

In May, MT Portable Machine won the bid for an important on-site pipeline repair project at Nanjing Petrochemical, located approximately 100 kilometers from our service center. The project required cutting and beveling over 30 pipelines with diameters ranging from 300 mm to 800 mm, under strict deadlines to ensure continuous production and safe plant operation.

Challenges

• The project presented several challenges:
• Tight schedule – all work needed to be completed within 10 days to minimize downtime.
• Large diameter pipes – requiring stable, precise cutting and beveling solutions.
